The cap is a tribute to Master Peace, our soaring sculpture composed of five hundred origami cranes that rise skyward in a single graceful column. Inspired by the ancient Japanese tradition that folding a thousand cranes brings peace, healing, and goodwill, MasterPeace offers half of that wish in monumental form. The sculpture travels to botanical gardens across the country and returns home now and again to our New Mexico sculpture garden, where it stands against red rock cliffs and high desert sky.
